A: Globe Limo Service does NOT use sub contractors, when you reserve a car with us, you will get a driver that works for Globe Limo, and a vehicle with personalized license plates and name of the company on the back window. All of our drivers are well trained & professional, and have been with the company for a long time. So please give us a chance to prove our service to you.

 How do I reserve a car with Globe Limo Service?

A: Simply call our office at 972-636-5200 or 214-566-4656, make a reservation on our website. We will need a credit card when making a reservation, and also we will send you a confirmation back by email.

 What are acceptable methods of payment?

A: We accept all major credit cards like Visa, Master Card, American Express & Discover as well as checks, cash is accepted; however we do need to have a credit card on file to hold a reservation.

 What are your hours of operation?

A: We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Talk to a live representative, not an answering machine or answering service.

What is your cancellation policy?

A: Cancellation Fees for Sedans.

4 hours or more prior to pick up time = no charge.

Less than 4 hours to pick up time = 100% charge of fare. No exceptions

Cancellation Fees for Limos & Buses.

72 hours or more prior to pick up time = No charge.

Less than 72 hours to pick up time= 50% charge.

Same day cancellation = 100% charge of fare. No exceptions

 Do I pay for the service if my flight is delayed or cancelled?

A: We do not charge for delays due to weather or airline issues, however it is your responsibility to inform us of any status changes. Our agents will monitor your flight, and if airline has cancelled your flight, a vehicle will NOT be sent unless we hear from you with new updates.

 Is a wet bar included with a limousine rental?

A: We will provide soft drinks, water & ice at no charge, you CAN bring alcohol on board as long as every one in limousine is over 21.

 I made a reservation, but did not get a confirmation email, should I be worried?

A: Please make sure you receive an Email confirmation that will show you pick up, drop off locations, as well as rates. If you don’t receive it within 24 hours, please call us to confirm this reservation.

 Will the driver be on time?

A: We guarantee our On-Time service, car will be on time, or we will not charge you for the time. Professionalism of our drivers will ensure you arrive on-time in luxury and style Globe Limo.

 We have 11 people in our party, can we squeeze into a 10 passenger limousine?

A: Insurance covers up to the amount of people the vehicle holds, and we will not allow more than that, it is for your own safety.

A: We offer transportation services on the whole territory of the state of Texas. This includes such popular places as the Dallas Fort Worth Airport (dfw), Love Field Airport, Metroplex, Plano, Allen, Frisco, Lucas, Parker, Wylie, Richardson, Texas, Addison Airport etc.
